Bharatiya Janata Party has announced veteran Tamil film music director Gangai Amaran as its candidate for RK Nagar constituency by-poll election on Friday. The by-poll election is set to happen on April 12, 2017. Notably, DMK has announced Marudu Ganesh and AIADMK has named TTV Dhinakaran as their candidates in RK Nagar.
