Congress general secretary Digvijaya Singh on Sunday alleged that the defeated BJP is involved in horse-trading to form the government in Goa. The senior leader reportedly asked, “Is this a party of morals? They have been defeated and doing horse-trading. They are promising ministries like distributing sweets.” Out of the 40 Assembly seats in Goa, Congress have won 17 seats, while BJP secured 13 seats. Two regional parties have won three seats each.
