According to reports, grocery delivery startup BigBasket has started alliance talks with smaller rival Grofers. Grofers being investor SoftBank is said to engage in a $60-100 million funding round in the merged entity, the reports added. Notably, BigBasket is hoping for an estimation of at least $700-800 million, while Grofers could be priced at $150-200 million.
