According to reports, the BCCI is set to welcome former IPL champions Chennai Super Kings and the Rajasthan Royals back into the league. Both franchises who were each handed a ban of two years will be welcomed back on the same day the BCCI releases the invitation to tender for media rights regarding the 2017 edition of the IPL. Further, reports suggest that Chennai’s iconic skipper MS Dhoni, who is now part of the Rising Pune Supergiant, is set to join his former side. Further, CSK is reportedly planning a grand entry to the league with an event which will be themed around their massive fan base.
