According to reports, at least 21 female children were killed and dozens were injured after fire engulfed the female section of the crowded children shelter in Guatemala city on Wednesday. Reports suggest that some adolescents who were housed even after turning 18 began an uprising and lit the mattresses on fire. 41 injured girls aged between 13 and 17 are being treated at two hospitals, say reports.
