Tamil Nadu Assembly Secretary Jamaludeen, on Monday, reportedly submitted a report of the incidents happened in the Assembly during the floor test to Governor Vidyasagar Rao. According to reports, the Governor had earlier sought a report from the secretary after DMK working president MK Stalin submitted a memorandum seeking a secret ballot in the Assembly.
