Arctic ice could be all gone by 2040: Study

A study made by the Arctic Monitoring and Assessment Programme has revealed that Arctic would be free of ice by 2040. Notably, the report has also found out that the ice has been deteriorating rapidly in the past fifty years. Scientists had previously estimated that all the arctic ice would be melted by 2070
