TN Chief Minister O.Panneerselvam said anti-social elements and organizations infiltrated the Jallikattu protest at Marina with the intentions of diverting it. Panneerselvam also said reports were received that anti-social elements planned to divert the protest and prolong it till Republic Day. CM also assured that the evil forces behind the violence will be identified and proper actions will be taken.
