Following a doping whereabouts rule violation and a failed drugs test under World Anti-Doping Agency rules, West Indies all-rounder Andre Russell was handed a one-year ban on Tuesday. This comes after the 28-year-old registered three filing failures in 2015 and was found guilty of committing the violation 11 months ago.
