English fast bowler James Anderson became the first fast bowler in Test cricket history to take 300 wickets at home, achieving this feat in the second Test against South Africa at Nottingham on Friday. Anderson, playing his 71st match in England, is the fourth bowler overall to pick 300-plus wickets at home, after spinners Muttiah Muralitharan, Anil Kumble and Shane Warne and holds the record for most wickets taken by an Englishman in Test history.
