Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi said the Punjab Congress Chief Amarinder Singh is the party’s presumptive Chief Minister during the Punjab election rally in Majitha on Friday. Gandhi began his three day rally across Punjab ahead of the elections next week. Reportedly Gandhi’s election tour is focused on targeting the Badals and the BJP government.
