The pro-Jallikattu protesters in Alanganallur have reportedly set a deadline for the state government to take steps for conducting Jallikattu. They have demanded the resignation of the ruling AIADMK MPs and MLAs if they don’t take any action for conducting Jallikattu before 6 PM on Wednesday. They have also reportedly warned that the protests would intensify if no action is taken.
