Indian telecom companies Airtel, Vodafone and Idea have reportedly made five proposals to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India over promotional offers provided by networks in India. According to reports, the top three telcos have included tariff protection, timeframe, the number of offers, penalty and uniform implementation in the proposal.
