Government-owned airline company Air India has reportedly proposed to charge a penalty up to Rs 15 lakh for unruly passengers. According to reports, the airline will levy a fine of Rs 5 lakh if the passengers cause a delay of up to one hour, a fine of Rs 10 lakh for a delay of more than one hour and up to two hours and Rs 15 lakh for a delay beyond two hours.
