Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, while presenting the Union Budget 2017-18, announced that two new All India Institute of Medical Sciences institutions would be set up in Jharkhand and Gujarat. Jaitley also said that the government would give a special focus to science. Notably, Aadhar cards with the health conditions for senior citizens would be introduced, added Jaitley.
