The Election Commission has reportedly asked Union Minister Manohar Parrikar for an explanation by Friday after he said voters can get money from any political party but should vote for BJP, during his campaign in Goa for the upcoming Assembly elections. Notably, the Election Commission, earlier, ordered police to file an FIR against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal for making a similar statement.
