Students in Karnataka have reportedly begun to protest against the ban on Kambala, a traditional sport in the state. Students raised slogans in support of Kambala and against PETA for causing the ban on the sport. The people in Karnataka have reportedly emphasised that an emergency ordinance should be passed to revoke the ban on the sport. They have also reportedly warned that they would conduct Kambala against the ban.
