Retired shooter and 2008 Olympics Gold medal winner Abhinav Bindra on Friday was appointed as the chairman of reconstituted Target Olympic Podium committee. The committee also has retired sprinter PT Usha and former badminton player Prakash Padukone. The committee's objective is to identify and support potential medal prospects for the 2020 and 2024 Olympic Games.
