Unique Identification Authority of India CEO Ajay Bhushan Pandey has reportedly said that the upcoming payment system Aadhaar Pay will allow customers to make payments through biometric authentication like a fingerprint scan. Pandey also added that UIDAI would soon roll out the payment system for the merchants. Notably, customers, whose bank accounts are linked to their Aadhaar number, will be able to pay using without debit or credit cards.
