Sunil Rastogi, a 38-year-old man, was arrested by the police on Sunday for allegedly molesting schoolgirls in Ghaziabad and East Delhi.  According to police reports, the accused, Rastogi, attempted to molest 600 girls, by luring them with clothes and chocolates, and pretending he was a friend of their father. The incident came to limelight when Rastogi, a tailor, allegedly raped a seven-year-old girl last year on December 12.
