Madurai District Collector Veera Raghava Rao has reportedly said that 20 teams have been constituted to check the Jallikattu bulls for any irregularities. He also added that all the necessary steps are being taken to ensure the safe conduct of Jallikattu. Notably, the Jallikattu sport will take place in several places of Tamil Nadu including Alanganallur, Avaniyapuram and Palamedu on January 22.
