Jack Chappell, an 18-year-old student in the UK, has been charged in a series of cyberattacks, say reports. He is reportedly accused of attacking the websites of nearly a dozen multinational firms. According to reports, Chappell allegedly supplied software that crashes websites by flooding them with data and with running a help-desk for cyber criminals. Chappell has been charged alongside an American citizen.
