Elizabeth Gilbert, an 11-year-old slipped from her seat on a spinning ride at a carnival in Omaha in Nebraska and her long hair got caught in between and she was reportedly whipped around till her scalp came apart from her body. Elizabeth, who was rushed to a hospital has undergone several surgeries to reattach her scalp. The Nebraska state investigators are looking into the incident.
