Karthi is seen in two different get ups and is going by multiple names. The voice over gives the audience feel that Karthi’s character has done various crimes. Jyothika and Satyaraj is also introduced in the teaser in which they discuss them uniting with Karthi’s character.

The one-minute long teaser also has Karthi’s fight sequences for the sake of his sister. At the end of the tease, Karthi and Jyothika are seen in one frame. The movie is Jeethu Joseph’s second movie in Tamil after ‘Papanasam’ with Kamal Hassan.

The scripting of the movie is done by Rensil D’Silva and Manikandan and the film is produced jointly by Viacom 18 and 2D Entertainment. The movie will also feature Sowcar Janaki and Anson Paul. The film has music by Govind Vasantha and RD Rajasekar has handled the camera. The movie is dubbed in Telugu and titled ‘Donga’ and slated to release in December.
