Aalapooran Thamizhan, the first single from Mersal has hit the bull's eye. The song is currently topping all the charts from iTunes to all the other digital platforms.
Yesterday, Google India had tweeted Mersal was the most trending in India, "This week, a star outshone the moon while a promise eclipsed them all. #Mersal @actorvijay #LunarEclipse #RakshaBandhan #GoogleTrends".
Now World Music Awards had tweeted that Aalaporan Thamizhan is now the no 1 song in India, "#ARRahman, #KailashKher, #SathyaPrakash & #Deepak & #PoojaAV's #AalaporaanThamizhan from #Mersal is the No. 1 Song in India!👏☝️🎵🇮🇳🔥."
On hearing this, lyricist Vivek had tweeted, "This is awesome.. @arrahman sir is our pride How perfectly #AalaporaanThamizhan suits our IsaiPuyal .. He has been ruling d world for 25 yrs"
