JAYASURYA AND KUNCHACKO BOBAN FOR AMALA

Kunchacko Boban and Jayasurya, who had earlier shared screenspace in movies like Swapnakoodu, Gulumaal, and Lollypop will both be sharing the screen with Amala Paul for the first time. The team behind the highly succesful comedy Romans is back with another venture and this time around too they are teaming up with Kunchacko Boban for a comedy film. Directed by Boban Samuel and written by YV Rajesh who had earlier penned Gulumaal and Romans, the film will also have Jayasurya, Amala Paul and Aju Varghese in other lead roles. 

 

Amala, whose last two outings were Laila O' Laila and the critically appreciated Mili, is said to be playing a prominent character in this comedy film that will be produced by Aashiq Usman. Amala took to her social media page, sharing an announcement of the project. She wrote: 

 

"Waiting for the roller coaster to begin, completely overwhelmed for the things to come."

 

Vishnu Narayanan Namboodiri will be handling the camera while Vidyasagar will be on board for the music. The project is set to go on the floors in March next year and is looking to release for Eid.
