Popular Bollywood actress and political aspirant Rakhi Sawant has once again made it to the controversial segment of daily news, this time for the costume she wore for a pre-independence day party that happened in Chicago, USA, recently.

The actress known for her roles in movies such as Mumbai Xpress and Shootout At Lokhandwala was seen wearing a short and gaudy black dress with pictures of the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi stuck all over it.
