POPULAR ACTOR OPENS ABOUT HIS DRUG ADDICTION

Prateik Babbar, one of Bollywood's most talented young actors, spoke about how he came out of drug addictions in his recent video titled 'Dil Se Azaad.' Prateik Babbar who is well known for his films like; Dhobi Ghaat, Ekk Deewana Tha and Issaq is yet to witness a release since 2015.

The actor in the video spoke about how he was addicted to drugs and how he eventually came out fighting with it. Prateik talks about how addicts who turn clean are still sidelined by a majority of people in our society and are labeled as a drug addict even after turning clean. The actor expresses his struggles that took him to come out of drug addiction and says it took almost crossing mountains to overcome substance abuse and now drugs according to him is a bad chapter which taught him a lesson not to get trapped again.

Prateik had few requests in his video, the actor says now just he has given a taught and has come out of addiction, he wants to move on in life and wants people to accept it rather taunt him or label him as a drug addict. Finally, the actor says he is on a mission to educate individuals who are addicted to drugs and will be meeting them in person and try getting them out of drug addictions.
