BOLLYWOOD'S KING KHAN TEAMS UP WITH AASHIQ ABU FOR HIS NEXT?

Aashiq on Thursday posted a picture in his Facebook account with Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and script writer Syam Pushkaran, raising speculations if the Malayalam director is collaborating with King Khan for a new movie. When Behindwoods contacted Aashiq, he said, “We had an initial meeting (with Shah Rukh Khan). Official announcement (of the movie) will take time.”

However, reportedly, Shah Rukh Khan invited Aashiq Abu and script writer Syam Pushkaran to his residence - Mannat - after watching the medical thriller — ‘Virus’ which dealt with the deadly ‘Nipah Virus’ that hit Kerala last year. Shah Rukh Khan had reportedly watched Malayalam movie ‘Kumbalangi Nights’ scripted by Syam and appreciated him. The actor had earlier met Tamil director Atlee and held discussions. 

Shah Rukh was last seen in ‘Zero’ — in which he appeared as a dwarf. But the movie directed by Anand. L. Rai didn’t work in the box office. After ‘Zero’, King Khan has been reportedly taking much care in choosing scripts. Producer Shaneem Zayed also shared photos on Instagram confirming the meeting.
