This lanky actor does not have a 6 pack ab, does not spend hours in the make-up room to change his looks for the character but all he does his show up on the screen and act which makes masses go wild.

Too much of anything is not good for anyone but he realized a bit too late and what he did was anything an intelligent actor would do, he changed his style and took his time to choose the right scripts. Kaavalan was well received as people got something unexpected from him and that did the trick.

Velayudham; he is back with a bang, he has done what he does best – act, dance and fight on screen to cater to the masses in the right quotient. This time he has teamed with an intelligent director M.Raja who has utilized his potential to the fullest. The movie was awesome; first time I saw people clapping their hands (@event cinemas, Sydney) for a commercial movie but the claps were certainly not for his message at the end of the movie but for the pure entertainment he provided for the whole 2.5 hours of the movie. He has proved again that he is the real mass entertainer.
