movie was scripted by Kamal Hassan and directed by Sundar.C.
The sensitive dialogues were penned by cartoonist Madan.
The movie had a strong storyline dealing with the culture
of violence prevailing in our society
these
days. Kamal appeared in two
different characters. In the first one, he was the angry youngster
fighting for the welfare of the employees of the company he
worked for. In the other role, he was a champion of peace
and preached about how non-violence was the best solution.
The second Kamal had to constantly use a unique mannerism
and he carried it off with ease. He was nominated for the
National award but Vikram won for Pithamagan.
