Delhi in the first
week of October to
register his party
with the election
commission. He is
trying to complete
the organizational
structure and the
selection of
office
bearers before that.
It is estimated that
there are more than
40 lakhs members in
his fan club who will
have to be issued identity
cards at the earliest.
