Please read these Terms carefully before registering.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

• Participants must be at least 16 years of age to enter the Competition.
• Each team can have a maximum of eight (8) members. Exceeding this limit is not allowed.

2. REGISTRATION:

• Participants are required to pay a non-refundable registration fee of INR 500. This fee covers the expenses associated with jury validation and preliminary rounds.

By registering for the Dance Competition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

3. COMPETITION STRUCTURE:

• The Competition will consist of multiple rounds, including:
  1. Online Auditions Round I
  2. Preliminary Rounds
  3. Semi-Final Rounds
  4. Grand Finale
• The Preliminary Rounds will be conducted across four locations:
  1. Chennai
  2. Cochin
  3. Bengaluru
  4. Hyderabad
• Semi-Final Rounds and Grand Finale will be held at Chennai.
• The competition will unfold through the following rounds:

  Online Auditions Round I:

  Teams will begin by submitting their audition videos online. The best teams selected from these auditions will proceed to the Preliminary Rounds

  Preliminary Rounds:

  Teams shortlisted from the Online Auditions will be invited to attend the Preliminary rounds. These rounds will take place in Chennai, Cochin, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad. Selected participants from the online Auditions to the Preliminary rounds must arrange their own travel, accommodation. The Organizer will not bear any expenses related to travel, food, or accommodation.

  Semi-Final Rounds & Grand Finale:

  The most outstanding teams chosen from the Preliminary rounds will advance to the Semi-Final Rounds & to the Grand Finale. These rounds will be held in Chennai. Selected teams will be notified about the schedule.

4. POINTS TO REMEMBER FOR CREATING YOUR DANCE AUDITION VIDEOS:

• If you are using a mobile phone to record, maintain an appropriate distance to capture the expressions and dance moves clearly.
• It is recommended to record your videos in landscape mode (horizontal orientation) rather than portrait mode.
• Choose a well-lit area with proper lighting to ensure your expressions and dance moves are clearly visible. Avoid using a background that can move or distract from your performance.
• Please refrain from editing the recorded videos with any special effects or editing tools. We want to see your authentic performance.
• Upload your videos to YouTube in "Unlisted" format. This ensures that your videos are not publicly searchable or visible. Refer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zDHStdBNbXM
• Participants selected from Online Auditions Round I will be notified via WhatsApp, email, text message or phone call.

5. AWARDS AND PRIZES:

• Winner & Runner-up: The top two performing teams in the Finals will earn the titles of Winner and Runner-up. Winner will win the Trophy and cash award of Rs 5 Lakh. Runner-up will win cash award of Rs. 2 Lakh.
• Grand Finale Participants: Teams making it to the Grand Finale will receive appreciation certificates in recognition of their commendable efforts.
• All cash prizes will be transferred to the bank details provided by the Winners/Runners, with applicable Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) deductions as per tax regulations.
