Eeram star Nandha has issued a statement requesting his colleagues in the film industry to be cautious of phone calls by a prankster using his name. The actor said that his friends in the industry, Lakshmi Rai and Kasthuri, have got calls from someone who claimed to be Nanda and requested them to act in one of his forthcoming films as heroine.

Nanda says that he has never approached anyone to act in his movies and has always left it to the director and producer’s choice. The actor adds that he would soon find out who the prankster is and take necessary action against him for using his name.
