October seems like a month for celebrating mothers. The first one this month, the Sridevi starrer English Vinglish has already captured many hearts. Now to join the list is Lakshmy Ramakrishnan’s Aarohanam, starring Jayaprakash, Viji Chandrashekar, Kavithalaya Krishnan, Uma Padbanabhan and Sampath Raj.

This tale of a mom is all set to hit the screens on October 26^th. The makers of the film have patiently waited for months to release the film and have zeroed in on the above mentioned date. They feel that by 26^th, the buzz for Maattrraan would come down and will give them an opportunity to reach for a wider audience.
