Shooting was going on at full speed for Sillunu Oru Sandhippu directed by Ravi Lallin, starring Vimal, Oviya and Dipa Shah of Yuddham Sei fame when it was disrupted most unexpectedly. Early reports said that Dipa Shah had walked out and stalled the shoot but the actress sent out a press release to clarify things.
Dipa Shah said that she was asked to share her caravan with the other actress in the film since the latter would be done in an hour. Contrary to reports, Dipa Shah said she has no issues with the actress in question but it was her manager who had misbehaved. The man had kept barging into her quarters and interrupting her work in a rude and offensive manner. She had complained to the unit but was told to adjust.
Things came to a head when the other actress started giving an interview in the caravan and Dipa had to get her hair and makeup done for the shoot. Matters worsened when the manager accused Dipa of disturbing his client and when Dipa told him to leave he began to abuse her verbally and even tried to strike her face and Dipa's make - up man intervened and pushed him away. That was when Dipa walked out. But she returned immediately after the team sent her an apology and upbraided the manager and the actress.
Dipa added that she has nothing but respect for the production house and director but she was forced to clarify as a different story had been leaked out accusing her. She said, "It was a sad and uncalled incident."
