Bollywood heartthrob and former boy friend of Bipasha Basu, John Abraham is in trouble. Back in 2006, he was pulled up on charges for driving his bike rashly and injuring two pedestrians. The Bandra Metropolitan Magistrate had given him a 15 day prison term for rash driving in 2010. The actor appealed against the sentence but his appeal was rejected and the sentence held up by the Mumbai Sessions Court.

John is yet to comment but it is felt that he will be moving the High Court to try and overturn the decision. The actor was last seen in Desi Boys and is all set to turn producer with Vicky Donor.
