Taapsee is on a roll after the phenomenal response to Aadukalam. She has a couple of Telugu movies in her kitty and has been besieged with offers from the Tamil film industry but the actress says she wants to do only meaningful roles. Her next project in Tamil is Jiiva’s Vanthaan Vendraan being directed by Kannan and she is very excited about her character Anjana as there is plenty of scope for her to perform. The role has also been physically demanding as some scenes are being shot in the remote stretches of the Western Ghats. 

Taapsee, it seems, is terrified of creepy–crawlies and her co-star Jiiva is having lot of laughs at her expense by throwing pranks at her. But Taapsee takes it all with good humor. The bonhomie aside, cast and crew members are working very hard to ensure that the film shapes up well. And Taapsee is a good team player and is putting her heart and soul into the character.
