Arya’s production dream Padithurai which was due for release long back is canned for the moment. The film is produced by Arya’s home banner ‘The Show People’. However Arya has sited financial reasons for halting the movie’s release.

The film has Abiram playing the male protagonist and the leading lady is Chandni of Siddhu +2 fame. The film is directed by debutant Suka from the Balu Mahendra school.
