2010 is an unforgettable year in terms of the quality of music that we have heard. As in the recent past, this year too saw newcomers making it big along with the veterans, who can never be missed or forgotten. 2010 is special to the Tamil industry as our very own Ilayaraja won another National award for music...only this time it was for composing outstanding background music for the movie Pazhassi Raja. While music directors like Harris Jayaraj and Bharadwaj were missing in the first half of the year, they announced their presence through their albums towards the end of 2010.
