Finally launch vehicle of Karthik’s son Gautham is in progress under the auspices of Maniratnam. Titled Kadal, the movie is being produced by Mani’s Madras Talkies and involves big names such as Rajeev Menon, A R Rahman and Sreekar Prasad. Kadal also stars Samantha, Arjun and Lakshmi Manchu and is aiming at a year-end release.
