He has even done quite a few big time Hindi projects including the recent Three Idiots. His favorite would definitely be one among these, you might feel. But, it could even be one that is not in this list and we feel it is probably Evano Oruvan. It is perhaps the movie that Madhavan has done with the greatest amount of involvement. After starring in the Marathi original ‘Dombivil Fast’, Madhavan was so smitten by the story that he wanted to bring it out in Tamil. He even insisted on having Nishikanth Kamath (director of the original) do the Tamil version too. It was indeed a special project for him and might just be the one that he holds closest to his heart.
