The most expensive film ever; who else but Shankar could be behind it. Matrix style stunts, customary larger than life songs and everything that makes a Shankar film a spectacle were there and at the heart of it all was Vikram. Filmfare Awards were becoming sort of a habit for him. Three roles, each one poles apart from the other two and yet he pulled it off with élan. Which one won the award? Well, difficult to say. Everyone has their favorites…. Ambi, Remo, Anniyan.. but if there was one man who emerged as the unanimous favorite it was Cheeyan Vikram.
