This has been doing the rounds for quite some time now. In fact, we think that talks about Kannabiran (the Ameer-Jayam Ravi project) began right after Paruthiveeran hit screens. Jayam Ravi has done quite a few good films in the interim while Ameer went on to make a hard hitting acting debut with Yogi. But, there still seem to be embers of life in the Kannabiran idea. Last heard about this film is that both the director and the actor are intent on getting it onto floors and in all probability their dreams will be realized soon.
