Suhasini Rajaram Naidu was born to Rajaram Naidu and Padmavathy, in a Telugu family, in Mumbai, Maharastra. Though she did her schooling in Sharjah, Dubai, her family settled in Panruti. She made her debut in the Malayalam movie Ingane Oru Nilapakshi. This Punnagai Arasi has an elder sister and two elder brothers.
