Music Director: G.V.Prakash Kumar

The album does not delight you as much as it haunts you. This is not about music that you hum along; this was the kind of music that made you feel strong about many things. It kind of made people introspect; lots of guys connected to the ‘Oda Oda’ track and many enjoyed the ‘Kadhal yen Kadhal’ number. The lyrics and rendition of Dhanush made it all a raw and strong experience, unlike the picture perfect notes and lines seen in the regular album. There was also a real good melody in ‘Pirai Thedum’. But, the real clincher of the album was the feeling it gave, exuding the frustrations of a man who was not getting the success he wanted.
