2008
saw the coming of age of the audience,
as many movies of big stars bit the
dust when small, quality movies were
lapped up by the audience. Multiplex
was surely the place to be, as many
experimental projects filled the show
slots and gave the audience busy time
choosing the best. This list does
not count the box-office numbers but
the quality of the product. With only
ten slots to be filled and so many
good films, some disappointments are
bound to happen so here are our special
mention movies, which just missed
a slot in the top ten |

Dark
comedy at its darkest best. Ranvir
Shorey has proved that he can carry
off a main lead as efficiently as
any one else and what a spectacular
supporting crew! Naseerudin Shah,
Saurabh Shukhla and Neha Dhupia.
