By PrathapCertain movies raise the bar merely with their first look trailers and images. Although many of them mutate into real good movies, the transformation rate is often not that encouraging. Here are a few movies that are announced in a grandiose manner but went into hibernation.
The mere name Rana evokes many a memories for Rajini fans. Although Rajini is now busy with Kochadaiyan, Rana is not left in the back burner but will go on floors as soon as Kochadaiyaan is over, it is learnt.
The first look posters of Yohan, the Vijay - Gautham Menon movie, promised something unique. Alas, there is no news about it after that and Vijay is now shooting for Thuppakki.
STR's Kettavan was launched with much fanfare but the fate of the movie now is questionable. STR has taken it over from its makers and is planning to go on floors with the project soon.
