Which
are the best days of one’s
life? Without doubt, everyone
would look back at the days
they spent in college as the
best of their lives. If there
is one thing that almost everyone
in the world would agree without
argument, it has to be this.
Nothing can match the pure joy
that those years with many friends
and no worries gave us. That
is why films that revolve around
the campus have always been
big attractions, especially
for the youth. It has scope
for everything; fun, friendship,
fights, games, love, heartbreak
etc…. it is one ride that
makes us experience almost every
emotion that can be there in
life. Each one of use gets nostalgic
whenever we think about the
years in college that have passed
by. GNR Kumaravelan’s
Ninaithale Inikkum is all about
that nostalgia and the golden
years spent on the campus.
A remake of the Malayalam cult
classic Classmates, Ninaithale
Inikkum tells the story of a
batch of chemistry graduates
way back in 1992 who get together
nearly 15 years after they last
stepped out of their college
grounds. Well, the reunion has
more than just nostalgia behind
it. There is also a deep-rooted
sentiment, a haunting memory
