Nil
Gavani Sellathey is a horror thriller from
the producer of ‘Vennila Kabadi Kuzhu’.
Unlike the first venture which was a village
sport-based film, Nil Gavani Sellathey embraces
a different genre which is in total contrast
to the former. It is about a suspense-thriller
running through an interesting plot.

‘Nil Gavani Sellathe’ is about four characters
caught in a mysterious life threatening situation on
the road. Gowtham, Jagan and Lakshmi Nair are the other
actors performing lead characters. The film is about
group of friends taking a trip down to an exotic location.
Their place of stay poses some interesting thrilling
roller coaster moments of fear and relief. Filled with
fun, frolic, romance and unlimited suspense, twist and
turns, the friends try to help each other to come out
of the danger and every time they try to come out, the
scenario worsens. The storyline runs through black magic,
ghost like frightening scenes, etc as the effort to
get out of the alarming state each time goes in vain.
Finally how the four get out of danger forms the climax.
The director Anand Chakravarthy, an US return having
left an IT job to pursue his dream, dons the lead along
with ‘Peranmai’ debut heroine Dhansika.
Her other project was ‘Maanja velu’.
Music is by Vikku Vinayakram’s son Selvaganesh
who has done a neat job by adhering to the thrilling
genre. It’s his third project after ‘Vennila
Kabadi Kuzhu’ and ‘Dhrohi’. Gowtham,
Jagan and Lakshmi Nair are the other actors adorning
the other characters.
Come December 17 and we will wait and see if this spine
chiller is going to push viewers to the edge of their
seats. |
